About AL/CU Radiator
AL/CU radiators combine an aluminium fin pack with copper tubing, and are common in air conditioning condensers and some automotive applications.
They sit between the all-copper and all-aluminium radiator grades on price, because the copper has to be separated from the aluminium during processing. There is no benefit in trying to separate it yourself — the fins are bonded to the tube and pulling them apart by hand does more damage than good.
Bring them whole, with steel brackets removed where practical.
