Accessibility Statement

What we have done

• Body and heading text is checked against WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratios on the dark background this site uses.
• Every interactive control can be reached and operated with a keyboard, and keeps a visible focus ring — we have not removed focus outlines anywhere.
• Buttons and links are at least 44×44 pixels, so they can be hit with a thumb in a work glove.
• Every photograph carries alt text that describes what is in it, not just the file name.
• Form fields have visible labels, not placeholder-only labels, and errors appear next to the field they belong to.
• Scroll animations are switched off entirely for anyone whose device asks for reduced motion, and the safety film never plays on its own.
• The page works without JavaScript for reading purposes, and every route is served as real HTML rather than assembled in the browser.

Where we know it falls short

The safety film is hosted on YouTube and its captions are provided through that platform rather than by us. The map on the contact page is a Google Maps embed and we do not control its accessibility; the full address and directions are given in text beside it so the map is never the only way to get that information.

If you cannot use the site at all, call us and we will do the whole thing over the phone. Nothing on this website is the only way to reach us.

Standard we aim at

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We test as we build rather than auditing once and filing a certificate, so this statement describes an ongoing effort rather than a finished state.
